Traci was wonderful. We have a smaller family of mostly adults, but having someone to do all the work was priceless in value to us. As a pass holder, I think it’s insane that this service is not offered by the park itself for how much we pay, but I’ll still shell out for the Sherpa service. In fact, it would be great if Mouse Sherpa also offered an annual pass. Buy all the passes! I can be the ULTIMATE PASSHOLDER! I added a photo that Traci was kind enough to take of us on property. Traci was amazing. I was not sure about Mouse Sherpa when I saw the link on facebook. People kept saying it was fake, but I managed to get a same day reservation just before Thanksgiving. WOW! I didn’t have to carry anything. Not one bag! Traci was so much fun to be around. My little girl kept asking Traci if she’d carry different things that she pointed to in the Emporium on Main Street. Traci would say yes, and she would giggle. When we met her the next day at Universal, we had to wait 190 minutes for Harry Potter Escape from Gringotts. Traci watched all our stuff while we were in line. I don’t know why Disney hasn’t thought about this service. So worth the price. 

Traci is a beast! We hired her for three days and even though she carried our backpacks and a small cooler, we were more exhausted at the end of the day than she was. We all had lunch together, which was nice because we were able to learn about her Olympics adventure. We also did a rider / Sherpa swap. I watched our stuff and she got to ride Escape from Gringotts. LOL It was almost a 60 minute wait, and when she got off she offered to pay me for the hour I watched our stuff. She’s a riot! Best money spent!
