With the announcement of the Magical Express ending in 2022, the Mouse Sherpa team is working on developing a way to not only help you with luggage but also transport you directly to your hotel. Our goal is to devise a way to have your assigned Sherpa meet you at the airport, help gather your luggage, and, in some cases, transport you to your Walt Disney World resort. This would be similar to using a Lyft or Uber from the airport.

Retrieving you and your luggage may be worked into our new and exciting upcoming Go Fetch! service.

Our goal is to try to work this into package pricing so you don’t pay extra for this service. The Mouse Sherpa staff is dedicated to keeping your family and our family safe. Be safe, stay well, and we’ll see ya’ real soon.

Maximize Your Fun

Mouse Sherpa is all about enhancing your theme park adventure by minimizing the hassles. Here are some of the key benefits you’ll enjoy when you hire a Sherpa.

What We Carry and How It Works

At Mouse Sherpa, we understand that when you visit a theme park, you want to make the most of your day without the hassle of carrying around bags and belongings.

Sherpas and Excessive Heat

With temperatures soaring and the “feels-like” temperature over 100 degrees, we ask our clients to please make sure you give your sherpa some extra breaks.

Line Cutting

There have been some issues lately with guests asking their sherpa to hold their place in line, or get in line at an attraction and hold a place. This is not allowed.
